To build great teams, we had to start with our own
After having successful careers as customer success manager in Fortune 500 companies such as Booking.com, Qualtrics and Intralinks in Japan. Caerus was founded in 2022 by a team of forward-thinking ex-customer success managers looking to bring education consultancy into the digital age.

We believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another. Our mission is to help people see new places, experience new cultures, and learn new things about the world and about themselves.
We started by putting into practice what we do best: Understanding the customers and providing each customer with different type of options and fulfilling their goal of studying abroad. Today we are happy that many top tier schools in Japan choose Caerus to shortlist their candidates.
